Overview
Dalvey are based in the Highlands of Scotland. In 2010, Dalvey decided to use Bumblebee because of our our work with River Island and also because of our Drupal expertise. The brief was simple, build a beautifully sophisticated web experience that was both user-friendly, but packed with seamless functionality. One of the main advantages of a bespoke e-commerce solution is the freedom it brings in the design area.
With virtually a blank canvas, we were able to create visually engaging shopping interfaces while incorporating some subtle new techniques such as scalable images, not to mention the tie and shirt selectors which brings an entirely different way to search items.
